Stressful events or situations will increase your level of anxiety and make you even more vulnerable to situations that would not cause you stress on a regular day. You have to learn to accept the uncertain. Worrying yourself about what may or may not happen does not increase the predictability or certainty in your life. Try to just place your faith in the future and live in the present.

TIP! Learning deep breathing techniques can help you relax and deliver more oxygen to the cells throughout your body. Deep breathing will also prevent hyperventilation.
